Online orders orders may be placed any time, 24/7/365. We answer the phone as time allows from 10AM until 8pm Monday through Friday. However, we are packing orders during this time as well and it might not be possible to catch all phone calls. Please note that we do not have an actual "storefront" location and we cannot accommodate customer pick-ups. We do not have a catalog available at this time.

Should you need a quick response put "URGENT" in the subject line. If you've waited more than a week for a return e-mail from us, it may be because we cannot reach you. It's best to include your full e-mail address in the body of the e-mail as well as your first and last name so we can find history on you if any.
